Equilibrium is our half caff born out of a mistake. When we accidentally blended some decaf into our organic medium roast and sold it as Half Caff, it was a hit! Sometimes you want coffee with a little less of a hit. The jitters are real. Enjoy Equilibrium on those days that you want to keep enjoying coffee but you want to pump the brakes on the high octane fuel. This blend is made up of our organic processed Decaf from Latin America and a Latin America washed process blend. Common origins in this blend are Peru, Colombia, Honduras, and Guatemala but the components are subject to change with the season.
