Why are the subscriptions based on color labels?
How do I sign up?
Our new subscription model is a build your own! It’s pretty easy to set up a subscription. Build your subscription on our bundle builder for a quick and easy checkout.
If you like coffees from Africa, we recommend you go with a Pink (Micro Lot) or Yellow (Single Origin) Label subscriptions. If you like coffees from Latin America, we recommend Teal (Micro Lot) or Purple (Single Origin) Label subscriptions. If you enjoy experimental coffees, we recommend signing up for the White Label Limited Release Subscription, our most unique micro lots that are fruit forward in profile.
If you only want to order Punch in the Face, you can do that too! Plus, you can add other coffee staples to your order: Breakfast, Wild Espresso, Bandwidth, Decaf – plus our popular Seasonal Blends can be added to your subscription.
Will loyalty rewards apply?
Our new loyalty program will reward you with 5 points for every $1 spent. Accumulate these points on every purchase, redeemable for merchandise or roasts outside of your subscription. Points start accumulating everytime your subscription goes out.
How much will I save if I join a subscription?
You can save up to 15% off the retail prices on our website.
When does my subscription plan ship?
We will ship 2-3 days the day after you sign up. Choose the frequency (2, 3 or 4 weeks) and even pause or resume at your convenience.
When does my card get charged?
Your card gets charged once you sign up and based on the frequency you choose.
Where do I manage my account?
Can I get my beans ground?
You sure can!
What sizes do the subscriptions come in?
Order in 12 oz, 2 lb or 5 lb! You choose what works best for you!
