Organic Ethiopia cold brew cans are here! Made 100% in-house, from roasting to brewing to packaging, in our state-of-the-art facility. The result is a cold brew that highlights the delicate characteristics we love in washed-process Sidama coffees: a light mouthfeel, fresh citrus notes, stone fruit flavors, florals, and a beautifully clean finish.
For years, we considered offering shelf-stable cold brew, but doing so would have meant outsourcing production. The problem? We found that traditional preservation methods left cold brew tasting stale and oddly syrupy. So we took the harder route: developing our own process, commissioning a study, and securing FDA approval.
For years, we've had to say no to shipping our cold brew. But now, our cans are ready to run wild.
