Local Pickup for Online Orders
Great news! We’re now offering local pickup for online orders at the Lansdale café. This means you can take advantage of Subscribe & Save discounts and larger bag sizes (2 & 5 lb) without having to pay for shipping. Plus, choosing local pickup helps reduce unnecessary packaging and emissions from shipping—a small but meaningful way to be more sustainable!

Local Pick-Up FAQ's
I have an existing subscription - can I change my shipping preference to Local Pickup?
You will need to cancel your existing subscription and sign up again.The pickup feature only works on new checkout orders. We cannot update an existing customer's delivery method from shipping to pickup. If an existing customer wishes to switch from shipping to pickup they must place a new checkout order. Customers cannot change their delivery method within the customer portal. If a customer wishes to change their delivery method, they must process a new checkout order.
When will my order be ready for pickup?
Local pick up orders will be dropped off from our warehouse to the Lansdale cafe after 4pm (close) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The cutoff to get on that drop is 8am, this is when we process our online orders. You’ll receive a notification when your order is on its way - You're welcome to pick up your order starting the following day. Please note: online orders are processed at our warehouse, NOT from cafe stock.
Where do I pick up my order?
Orders will be placed on a designated pickup shelf inside the front door inside the café.
How will I know which order is mine?
Each order will be packed in a bag or box with your name clearly marked.
Can I swap my coffee for a different one on the retail shelf?
No, to keep things organized, pickup orders cannot be exchanged for items from the retail shelf. Online orders are processed at our warehouse, NOT from cafe stock. If you have any concerns, ask a staff member, and we’ll do our best to help!
Do I need to check in with a barista before grabbing my order?
Nope! Once your order is on the shelf, you can simply pick it up.
What if I can’t make it right away?
We’ll hold your order for a week, but if you need extra time, let us know!
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! Just make sure they know the name on the order when they come to pick it up.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
If an order isn’t picked up after a few days, we’ll reach out to you. If we can’t get in touch, the order may be returned to inventory or donated.
What if I don’t see my order on the shelf?
If your order isn’t there or you think there’s been a mix-up, let a barista know, and we’ll sort it out.
Will I get a notification when my order is ready?
Yes! You’ll receive an email when your order is leaving the warehouse and on its way to the café. Please come the next day or thereafter.
Will this be available for pick up in Ambler or Farmers Markets?
No, this is available in Lansdale only. We may expand to Ambler and Farmers Markets in time if it is successful.
