Well, we had a whoopsy in the roastery. We accidentally blended 15 pounds of a custom organic medium roast blend (Colombia Narino Washed and Ethiopia Sidamo Washed) with 15 pounds of our organic Decaf medium roast. So we bring to you, Equilibrium, our half caff born out of a mistake. Turns out this is also a request we have received from time to time, and we get it. Sometimes you want coffee with a little less of a hit. The jitters are real. In the past, we’ve always recommended blending the coffee yourself. But convenience is king. So, if this goes over well we will keep this in the line-up. Let us know what you think!
