Why Coffee Sleeves?
Whether you're a small business, nonprofit, or community group, sponsoring a coffee sleeve is a powerful way to share your message with the people in your backyard.
Our sleeves don’t just keep drinks cozy — they carry your message straight into the hands of loyal coffee drinkers, commuters, creatives, and neighbors who love supporting local.
How It Works
- Campaigns typically run between 1 and 4 months
- Your message will be seen at both our Lansdale and Ambler cafés (Please note: split-location campaigns are not currently available)
- We'll contact you with available dates once we receive your inquiry — timelines are flexible and based on current availability
- Sleeve quantities depend on the time of year and length of your campaign: A standard campaign is 12–16 cases (3-4 months) and a mini campaign is 4 cases (about 1 month)
Our Design Process
We handle design in-house to ensure your message shines — and matches the look and feel of our brand.
- $100 art fee includes two design revisions
- Additional changes are $25 each
- We’ll send your design proof for approval or to request any revisions
- The sleeve layout includes: Your message or design on one side and the Backyard Beans logo on the other
Why do we design them this way? We’re proud of every cup of coffee we serve — and our sleeves are an extension of that quality. You’ll get a thoughtful blend of your message with our look and feel.
Sleeve Specs
We print sleeves through Good Start Packaging, a fellow B Corp:
- Made in the USA
- 100% recyclable kraft or white sleeves (your choice)
- Printed in black ink or full color (your choice)
- You place the final order and send us the print proof for approval
- Allow 6–8 weeks for printing and delivery
Before your campaign begins, please send us caption wording & a photograph that reflects your business to share on social media. If you’d like use your sleeve in your photograph, we will let you know when they arrive!
Just One Day?
If you're looking to make a splash with a one-day campaign, ask us about our plantable coffee sleeves. These interactive sleeves are customer favorites and make a lasting impression. We use Botanical Paperworks, another B Corp, for these double-sided sleeves. Plantable coffee sleeve campaigns can run as long as you’d like.
